Life coaching is distinct from giving advice, consulting, counselling, mentoring and administering therapy. You would hire a coach to help you with specific professional projects, personal goals and transitions. Coaching helps you to grow by analyzing your current situation, identifying existing and potential challenges and obstacles you face and devising a custom plan of action designed to help you achieve specific outcomes in your life. I’m not there to sit you down and tell you what to do. Instead, I will encourage you to talk about what’s bothering you in order to uncover any root causes and as I work in a holistic way, we don’t just look at the one issue we look at everything else that could be contributing to it.
